  • 1. Demand Analysis and Communication JinTeng's customer support will communicate with our clients carefully. Customers need to provide detailed product requirements, including circuit board materials, component types and quantities, soldering methods, etc. Both parties need to communicate in depth to ensure that key indicators such as product functions, performance, and cost can meet customer needs. We will not disclose customers files to any third parties.
  • 2. PCB Production This step includes processes such as pcb material cutting, drilling, electroplating, and testing, JinTeng will make sure that the parameters are strictly controlled to ensure blank PCB' s quality and accuracy.
  • 3. Component Procurement and Inspection At the same time as PCB production, the BOM component procurement is carried out. We always purchase the part numbers and suppliers specified in your BOM. We never use replacement components without your authorization. Our components procurement department conducts strict warehousing inspection to ensure that the components meet the standards and pass performance testing and reliability evaluation.
  • 4. SMT Assembly After the component procurement is completed, SMT assembly process is carried out. JinTeng's automated PCBA production line precisely mounts components onto the PCB, achieving high efficiency, high precision and high reliability.
  • 5. Through Hole Assembly After the SMT assembly processing is completed, the through hole components soldering work is carried out. Different soldering methods may be used, such as wave soldering, manual soldering, etc. Our solder workers are trained frequently, having proficient operational experience. Cleaning and inspection are followed after soldering.
  • 6. Testing After the SMT and THT assembly is completed, the AOI testing, X ray testing, functional testing and aging test are carried out. We will verify whether the product meets the design requirements and evaluate long-term stability and reliability.
  • 7. Packaging and Delivery Finally, the PCBA will be packaged and protected to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation and storage. After the quantity is counted and the quality is reviewed, the prototype PCBA boards will be delivered to our customers via DHL/FedEx/UPS express within 3 days.
